Shipping Overview
This Shipping & Cancel Policy applies to all made-to-order items sold on our website, including hangers, slippers, clothing, bags, and makeup bags. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Timeframe
Handling time: 5 to 7 business days.
Transit time: 7 to 9 business days.
Total delivery time: 12 to 16 business days.
Cut-off time: 5:00 PM. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Cost
Flat rate shipping fee of $6.89 per order.
Shipping Scope
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
Order Cancellation
Because our items are made to order, cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Delivery Issues & Order Problems
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence may be requested for verification.
