Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged

  • The incorrect item was sent

Returns based on change of mind, sizing preference, color preference, or personal preference are not accepted.

Return Request Window

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@coastalpajamas.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Return Approval & Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers should not return items without prior approval or without using the provided label. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchange

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. Each piece is crafted specifically for you.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including the Size Chart, color selection, and any custom text/monograms before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot make changes or offer an exchange.

Address Issues & Reshipping

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
