1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness and clarity:
- Incorrect Item, Size, or Color: If you received a pajama item that doesn’t match your original order (wrong size, color, or product), we’ll happily arrange for an exchange or return.
- Item Arrived Damaged or Defective: If your pajamas were damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect, let us know immediately. We’re committed to resolving the issue quickly.
- Please note: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, fit issues when the correct size was sent, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect. Please check product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.
2. Return Time Frame
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Any request sent after this time will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Required Information for Returns
To begin the return process, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on our website. Include the following information in your message:
- Full Name used in your order
- Order Number provided in your confirmation email
- Description of the Issue (e.g., wrong color, damaged fabric, etc.)
- Photo Evidence (required):
- At least 2 clear and well-lit photos showing:
- The damaged or incorrect part
- The size tag (for size-related issues)
- The full front and back of the item
- At least 2 clear and well-lit photos showing:
- Return Preference: Let us know if you’d like a replacement or a refund
⚠️ Requests missing required photo documentation will be automatically declined.
4. Return & Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- A replacement will be shipped at no cost to you (if available).
- If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return is processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:
- Required photo documentation is missing or unclear
- The item was damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear
- You send the item back without receiving approval
- The return request was submitted after the 30-day return window
