Orders take 2–3 business days to process and an additional 4–5 business days for shipping. The estimated total delivery time is 6–8 business days from your purchase date.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

For credit cards, your card will be charged once your order has shipped. For debit or bank cards, a temporary authorization hold may appear right after placing your order, but the correct amount will only be charged when your order ships.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days in brand-new condition—unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of use, such as stains, dirt, pet hair, or damage, will not be eligible for a refund.
