You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order is typically sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be edited or canceled.

To make changes or cancel your order, please contact us using one of the following:

Please include the following in your message:

- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the change or cancellation request
📌 Tip: Use a subject line like “Order Change Request” or “Cancel My Order” for quicker processing.
Note: Requests submitted after the 24-hour timeframe cannot be processed.
📦 Shipping Address Accuracy
Before completing your purchase, please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect ZIP codes
- Misspelled street names or apartment/unit numbers
If your package is returned due to an invalid address, we’ll notify you and offer to resend it—with an additional shipping charge.
