1. Shipping Area

We currently ship across the United States.
International shipping is not available just yet, but we’re working hard to make it happen soon.

2. Processing Your Order

We take care in preparing your order as quickly as possible.

• Standard Processing: Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
• Priority Weekday Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) are often processed same day.
• U.S. Postal Holidays: We observe all major postal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, your pajamas should arrive within the following timeframe:

• Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after processing.
• Possible Delays: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, extreme weather, or due to unforeseen issues with carriers. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

4. Shipping Carriers

We’ve partnered with reliable shipping providers to deliver your items safely and efficiently:

• Carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• We choose the best carrier based on your location, item size, and weight to ensure a fast, secure delivery.

5. Shipping Fee

We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for all U.S. domestic orders — no surprises at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way:

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your unique number.
• You can follow your order directly via the carrier’s website or tracking portal.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

• Delayed beyond 10 business days, or
• Marked delivered but you haven’t received it,
